The RS&H Environmental Management Service Group provides full and comprehensive services for corridor/route studies and schematic design; interchange justification/modification reports; all NEPA documentation/studies; geographic information system (GIS) development; and efficient transportation decision making (ETDM) development and coordination.

Community involvement and public awareness programs are integrated into all aspects of the environmental processes. Significant projects requiring environmental services include: I-595 Project Development and Environment Study in Florida; 2nd Access to South Padre Island Environmental Impact Statement in Texas; and the Winston-Salem Bypass Environmental Impact Statement in North Carolina.
