automated sun shading
devices that lower
translucent window shading
to maintain a comfortable
occupied environment
- Use of a rain harvesting
and storage system to reduce
overall building water
consumption

electric ground service
equipment
- Use of passive lighting
controls to fully automate
and optimize energy
consumption in the building
- Use of variable flow
refrigerant system for the
heating/cooling of the
building
