Railroad Square Master Plan
New Port Richey, Florida
To position New Port Richey as a destination for visitors, RS&H developed a Master Plan for a downtown area that would showcase the unique elements of the city’s history and culture as well as offer shopping, dining, entertainment and community events. The city of New Port Richey, also known as “The Gateway to Tropical Florida,” believed that a town square of this nature would foster future development, improvements and strong economic growth.
Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center
Jacksonville, Florida
RS&H is providing engineering design services for the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center, which transforms a vintage train station (c. 1900) within the city's historic LaVilla District into a major new multimodal hub. Key components include: Amtrack/commuter rail, Greyhound and JTA bus terminals; bus rapid transit; Skyway station improvements; public plaza and retail; Regional Transportation Management Center and office complex; and parking structures.
Streetscape Design
Safety Harbor, Florida
RS&H provided both design and construction drawings for ten blocks of Main Street in Safety Harbor. Project elements included site furnishings, lighting, planting, hardscape elements, roadway construction and utility relocations.
