 Project Description: As the lead Architect, Engineer, and Planner, RS&H was an integral part of the Owner / CM team that completed this $26.1-million facility, which houses academic, administrative, and student support space. The initial 105,000-square-foot facility consists of classrooms, lecture rooms, faculty and staff offices, food court and other support services and student service functions. Sitework improvements on the 28-acre site included surface parking, stormwater retention, chiller plant, landscaping, and roadway infrastructure. |
