 Project Description: Under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with the Army Corps of Engineers, RS&H prepared the Design-Build RFP documents for this $38-million Special Operations Forces Motor and Interim Battalion Headquarters, which is designed to earn LEED Silver certification. RS&H is providing multidisciplined services, for the 100,000-square-foot facility which consists of multiple, flexible, two-story metal buildings, plus the army prototype motor pool and protable armories. The project also includes a 30,000-square-foot parachute rigging facility and drying tower. |
