 Project Description: As the lead designer, RS&H was an integral part of the design-build team working with Spillane & Company to develop monitoring and call centers in Colorado, Nebraska, Florida, New York, Indiana, and Texas. RS&H provided site evaluation and permitting, architecture, engineering, and planning for sites ranging from 45,000 to 90,000 square feet, which were all designed, permitted, and built in a compressed fast-track time schedule. Projects included aggressive value engineering which yields a cost-effective building. |
