 Project Description: RS&H is part of a three-firm Joint Venture to provide Procurement Engineering Services that support the implementation of planned Comprehensive Development Agreements (CDAs) associated with the multimodal I-69 Corridor. Technical and program management services include cost control systems, feasibility analyses of solicited and unsolicited proposals, multimodal transportation system planning, route studies and schematic design and preparation of CDA procurement documents for soliciting qualification statements, industry forums, technical proposals and evaluation efforts. |
