 Project Description: As part of the Owner’s Representative Team for FDOT District Six, RS&H provided documentation and analysis necessary to confirm the need for construction of a tunnel that will link the Port of Miami in Florida with the Interstate system. Once completed, the project will improve passenger and cargo movement to and from the Port, alleviate traffic congestion and pollution in the Miami Central Business District (CBD), and facilitate growth of the Port with positive socioeconomic impacts on the region. |
