  Project Description: RS&H has been serving as Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority’s (HART) general/civil engineering consultant since 1996. Over the span of this contract, RS&H has helped HART identify the best delivery method for project types ranging from park and ride facilities, to lobby security and roof repairs, transit centers, and sidewalks to provide, to transfer centers and bus stop shelters. RS&H provided architectural services for the design of the maintenance facility, which is the centerpiece of the streetcar system. The project was honored by the Masonry Association of Florida with an “Outstanding Masonry Award” for industrial buildings, as well as received an “Award of Recognition in Public Projects” by the Hillsborough County City - County Planning Commission. Following the opening of facility, RS&H assisted HART with the preparation of a design-build criteria package to build out a vacant third floor space. |
