 Project Description: RS&H is serving as the Public-Private Partnership Owner’s Representative and Engineering Support Consultant for the Florida Department of Transportation’s Central Office. In this role, RS&H is supporting the FDOT in the development of Public-Private Partnerships and providing a wide range of services for design, right-of-way, traffic engineering and operations, as well as construction, maintenance, and materials. These services will be conducted for the Office of Chief Engineer as support to Central Office staff for the development, operation, maintenance and construction of the state highway system. |
