![]() Project Description: RS&H is serving as the Program Manager for the design and construction of prototypical branch bank facilities in Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. Thirty branch banks have been completed and opened within a 30-month period. For many of the sites, RS&H provided real estate and site selection services, as well as verified due diligence items and established project schedules. In addition to creating a unique and recognizable structure to reflect and strengthen branding, RS&H designed three different size branches to adapt to different local and/or developer requirements and three different structural systems were incorporated to adapt to regional construction standards. RS&H helped our client evaluate general contractors and qualified vendors, then coordinated the execution of each contract. During construction, RS&H’s team monitored the schedule, reviewed change order requests, and observed construction progress regarding compliance to contract documents. |
