FSCJ Institute for Food Safety, Phase II
The new three-story, steel frame, building will be situated on an existing 2.96-acre site on the downtown campus. The program includes two floors dedicated to the academic laboratories, the biotechnology program and a private commercial client which will be operating microbiology labs for food testing and analytical chemistry.
Nutritional Chemistry Laboratory
This facility is a remodel of an existing office space to accommodate nutritional chemistry testing laboratories. The program components include offices and laboratories for bacteriology, vitamin chemistry, analytical chemistry, proximate chemistry, and sample storage and support.
University of Florida College of Engineering Renovations
The project includes the partial remodeling of four floors of four separate buildings housing the College of Engineering. The remodel was within occupied floors and could not interrupt existing functions. Buildings included Benton Hall, Larsen Hall, Nuclear Science, and Weil Hall.
Toxicology Testing Laboratory Campus
Covance Laboratories, Inc., Chandler, Arizona
As the first phase of a contract research campus, this facility houses a 289,000-square-foot toxicology laboratory and full-service vivarium for small animals and non-human primates.
Cancer Research Building
Moffitt Cancer Research Institute/Merck & Co., Tampa, Florida
This four-story, 100,000-square-foot cancer research building is a bio-repository and focuses on bio-marker research.
Science and Technology/Academic Research and Teaching Facility

Tissue Processing and Banking Facility

At 64,500 square feet, this facility houses complete laboratories, clean rooms and cryogenic storage for harvesting, processing and banking of human tissue for surgical implantation.
