	Proton Beam Ocular Treatment Laboratory University of Florida & Shands Hospital The new treatment space includes installation of the fixed beam treatment chair/chamber for eye disorders for the University of Florida and Shands Hospital in Jacksonville. Other ancillary spaces include a preparation laboratory, beam control room and support areas.
	Clinical Research Unit Covance Laboratories This facility is a premier clinical research unit for conducting first-in-human clinical studies of investigational medications on behalf of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Located on the campus of Deaconess Hospital, the facility houses 80 volunteers in 20 four-person volunteer rooms and features a USP 797-compliant pharmacy for sterile compounding, a large on-site CLIA laboratory for immediate turnaround of human lab samples, and a audible emergency call system for patient safety.
	cGMP Processing Laboratory University of Florida This 1,200-square-foot specialty laboratory is a cGMP clean room cell processing laboratory for the University of Florida Urology Department.
	M2GEN Cancer Research Building Moffitt Cancer Research Institute/Merck & Co. This four-story, 100,000- square-foot cancer research building is a bio-repository and focuses on bio-marker research. The two primary activities at the M2GEN facility are bio-repository functions (tissue processing and tissue banking) and data archiving and analytic functions (IT, informatics, etc.). Laboratories include sample receipt and shipping, histology, macro dissection, coding, staining, paraffin block storage, microscopy suites, and cryotomy laboratories and cryogenic storage facilities.
	Tissue Processing and Banking Facility LifeLink Foundation At 64,500 square feet, this facility houses complete laboratories, clean rooms and cryogenic storage for harvesting, processing and banking of human tissue for surgical implantation. Project is developed in BIM/REVIT software and is currently under construction.
	Pinnacles Medical Office Park As design-build partner to BOMAR Construction, RS&H provided design services for the first two medical office buildings and tenant improvements on a medical campus master plan adjacent to the hospital. Each 11,000-square-foot, single-story building has a drop-off canopy and personalized waiting area configurations for each physician suite.
	21st Century Oncology Radiation Therapy Services, Inc As prime architectural and engineering consultant, RS&H provided planning, design and construction administration services since 2006 for buildings, additions, and renovations. Projects include corporate headquarters, medical office building, and diagnostic imaging and oncology suites.
	Chemotherapy Infusion Suite Regional Consultants of Hematology and Oncology As design-build partner to FORUM Construction, RS&H provided programming, planning and design services for a tenant improvement of a 15,000-square-foot chemotherapy infusion suite consisting of a 22-chair infusion center with central nurse station, two private infusion rooms, pharmacy with clean room, phlebotomy with laboratory, exam rooms, administration and service areas.
	Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy Facility Specialists in Urology As prime architectural and engineering consultant, RS&H provided planning, design and construction administration services for multiple buildings, additions and renovations. Projects include an ambulatory surgery center, a prostate cancer center with diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy, and various physicians’ suites.
	The Vision Care Institute Vistakon As prime architectural and engineering consultant, RS&H has provided planning, design and construction administration services for multiple buildings, additions and renovations. Projects include a vision care institute, training center, and health and wellness facility on their 70-acre campus.
	US Oncology Suite As prime architectural and engineering consultant, RS&H provided design and construction administration services for an addition and tenant improvement to an existing suite at the Seton William Medical Plaza 1 building. The project involved an 8,300-square-foot diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy center expansion to Texas Oncology’s chemotherapy-infusion suite.
	Family Birth Place St. Luke’s Hospital RS&H has completed an interior design renovation for St. Luke’s Hospital’s Family Birth Place. St. Luke’s challenged RS&H to create an updated design for its neonatal care center with a primary goal of enriching the birthing experience for women. As the facility was over 11 years old, attracting new families to the birthing center, as well as retaining its existing patients and families, was also a strong consideration. The new design of the facility presented RS&H with the opportunity to elevate the brand image while creating a healing environment that was a welcoming boutique, spa-like atmosphere for the patients and their families.
	Women’s Center Baptist Hospital This Women’s Center was designed as a tenant improvement to an outpatient surgery center for a major hospital system. The center aims to become a top-tier diagnostic facility to serve both screening and diagnostic patients, utilizing lighting and materials to create a comfortable, calming, spa-like atmosphere. A full complement of radiologists will treat patients with advanced technology and procedures, including tomosynthesis mammography, ultrasound, stereostatic core biopsy and a full-function digital MRI. The design also includes a major renovation and addition to the building entrance and lobby areas to make the center more inviting and accommodating from the surrounding urban environment.
