Winn-Dixie Distribution Centers
Winn-Dixie Stores – Perishable and nonperishable warehouses totaling five million square feet have been completed at the following locations:
Baldwin, Florida
Orlando, Florida
Hammond, Louisiana
Montgomery, Alabama
 Jacksonville, Florida
Pompano Beach, Florida
Raleigh, North Carolina
Ft. Worth, Texas
BJ’s Distribution Center
BJ’s Wholesale Club – This 480,000-square-foot distribution center supports BJ’s retail stores throughout the Southeastern United States. In addition to traditional warehouse storage, the facility includes a 170,000-square-foot cross dock to expedite the transfer of goods to their retail stores.
Ranbaxy Distribution Center
Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals – This 244,000-square-foot warehouse facility serves as the primary distribution center for Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals in the United States. The warehouse is fully conditioned and includes a high-security DEA validated vault.
CSX Engine Repair Facility
CSX Corporation – RS&H joined in a design-build relationship to repair and renovate this century-old masonry roundhouse. Buckled walls and pilasters were reinforced with structural steel; failed masonry parapets and jambs were repaired or replaced; and deteriorated windows were removed and replaced with glass block/translucent panels.
Maxwell House Coffee Plant
Kraft Foods – The ten buildings that comprise the Maxwell House plant have all been continuously expanded and upgraded over the past 40 years. Plant upgrades have ranged from the addition of a new access platform to the full conversion of two buildings to accommodate their International Café line.
Vistakon Facilities
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care – Since 1997, RS&H has served as Vistakon’s prime architectural and engineering consultant for their 70-acre campus. Over that period, various additions and renovations have been made to their manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and office facilities.
