Liberty Property Trust (LEED®
Certified) Office Building The build-to-suit, three-story, single tenant office building was developed in a suburban office park with 150,000 square feet of rentable space. RS&H provided comprehensive design services for site development, building shell and interior build out. Design and construction of the fast-tracked project was completed within 15 months. Upon completion, the project was recognized as the first LEED® Certified commercial office building in Florida. |

CSX Corporate Headquarters
Renovations RS&H designed the replacement of the 45-year-old curtain wall system to improve energy performance, reduce maintenance costs and enhance CSX’s identity as a contemporary business. In addition, RS&H provided a phasing strategy and interior design to rebrand the executive office floor, common areas and open office areas. The projects were completed with minimum disruption to business and resulted in significant cost savings. |

ADT Security Services Office Centers RS&H successfully collaborated with a national developer, Spillane & Company, and ADT to develop office centers for monitoring, accounts and dispatch. These centers ranged from 45,000 to 90,000 square feet. Projects were completed in the following locations:

Johnson & Johnson/Vistakon Vision
Care Institute RS&H has enjoyed a relationship of over ten years with Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. The Vision Care Institute (VCI) was a test concept for a product marketing and training program for eye care professionals and students. RS&H’s original design concepts served as the basis for multiple VCI projects deployed both nationally and internationally. |

Crowley Maritime Headquarters (LEED
Silver) Renovations When Crowley decided to relocate their headquarters to their existing east coast facility, it was an opportunity to convert their existing five-story, 110,000-square-foot facility into an open office environment that would enhance collaboration, promote sustainability and reinforce the Crowley brand. The multiphased project anticipates LEED® Silver Certification upon final completion. |
