CSX Dispatch Centers As a strategic initiative, CSX is developing multiple dispatch centers throughout the Southeast to improve efficiency and reliability of its dispatch functions. To date, RS&H has been involved with the first two facilities done in Atlanta, GA and Florence, SC. |
