D.R. Horton Great Meadows
Great Meadows is a 100-acre single and multifamily community planned. This community provides over 650 single and multifamily units along with a 10-acre commercial parcel. It also includes over six acres of community park space, which includes two community center buildings, two leisure pools, a 7,000-square-foot playground area and a large active recreation play meadow.
Federal Bureau of Investigation - Field Office
RS&H provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the development of a 12-acre campus, consisting of a 130,000-square-foot main building, annex building, parking garage, guard stations and surface parking lot.
Consolidated Tomoka - Town Center Master Plan
RS&H was commissioned by Consolidated Tomoka to assist them with a Master Plan to a mixed-use development with the focal point being a destination commercial town center to serve a larger residential development of approximately 1,500 acres. The mixed-use development Master Plan was approximately 600 acres and contained traditional commercial/retail, a walkable town center with retail, restaurants, cinema, a 500-unit multifamily development and an out-lot development parcel strategy.
Jacksonville Transportation Authority - La Villa Area Development Visioning
The RS&H Land Development Group often assists clients in creating a development vision. For the La Villa Area visioning, RS&H worked with private and public entities to create a harmonious development vision involving public transit facilities and private uses including hotel, retail and residential, which are interconnected with a public open space system.
Island Homes - Oyster Bay Harbour
RS&H provided utility design for this Low Impact Development (LID) along the Intracoastal Waterway. Conventional installation of gravity sewer would cause substantial impact to this fragile environment. The client insisted on a development centered around protecting nature. RS&H provided the planning and design of a vacuum sewer collection system. This helped save many species of trees which complements this unique neighborhood.
Pulte Homes - GIS Mapping Services
RS&H assisted Pulte Homes in assessing and graphically representing the inventories of available single family home sites available for development categorized by development location in the North Florida region. These services were completed by using the RS&H GIS database containing development information along with market research provided by Pulte Homes.
