Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) Facilities Throughout the US Performed energy audits to assess existing conditions of energy-using equipment and identify Energy Conservation Measures at MacDill AFB, Redstone Arsenal, Tinker AFB, Ord Military Community and Presidio of Monterey. A large part of this project involves evaluating the accuracy of the utility bills. RS&H has identified over $400,000 in billing errors that will be credited to AAFES. RS&H also developed the web-based AAFES Utility Tracking System, WATTS. It is accessed by almost 300 users, who enter utility use and cost data for more than 900 facilities throughout the US. |
